DO NOT USE.. Claimed to have cleaned the carpets in my new rental. I used my own carpet shampooer and after doing half of the living room my water was black. He also claimed to have cleaned the bedroom carpet but there was dried gum from the previous tenant still in the carpet and he used "245 degree steam". I used resolve stain remover on a yellow spot and was able to get it up myself. Instead of coming out to do what he was originally supposed to do he offered my landlord a refund. I never leave bad reviews.. especially for small locally owned businesses but take my advice... save your time & money, call Stanley steamer. They do service somerset area and did an amazing job. read more

We own 20 rental properties and I have tried them all NO ONE can out clean Steam Kraft they have the hottest water at 245 degrees and a super powerful positive displacement vacuum pump that really pulls the dirt out. read more

So the couple from Steam Kraft just left. I don't know there names because the didn't introduce themselves, but that's neither here nor there. Everything was fine until I mentioned to the gentleman that I was going to put a note on the receipt of water left on the laminate wood floors where they had cleaned the furniture in case we had an issue. The woman was attempting to mop up with wet towels when I came in. I grabbed some dry towels and started drying as well and she left. Now they did put down tarps but I don't know if it leaked or just got underneath but there was more water than I expected. As soon as I mentioned that I got "awe Jesus that's ridiculous" as if inconceivable. I told him there was no need for attitude, it was just in case there's a problem. He informed me that "he had been doing this for 43 years and people mop this stuff and don't have a problem", also " he's seen flooded basements with that stuff and never had an issue". I informed him I sold and installed laminate flooring so I know you can't mop it with a bucket and mop, and he was lying about the flooded basement with laminate flooring, at that point I became the "expert", his words. If water gets between the planks, the joints will expand like a book when it's wet because paper is the base of laminate flooring. That's why it's not recommended in kitchens, bathrooms, basements or laundry rooms. He attempted to blame his attitude on his mother being recently deceased, which is sad but no excuse to treat customers like that. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever! read more

Mr Havens and his wife cleaned our carpets on Friday June 7, 2019. They arrived at our house at 1400 and we did a walk through of the house. We had just bought this house and we wanted the carpets cleaned before adding furniture. They were very nice people and worked diligently as a team. They cleaned our bedroom and closet, a large living room, and 2 bedrooms with closets, and stairs leading up to a large room over the garage. The cost was very reasonable. They were there for several hours cleaning and sweeping a product like scotch guard to protect the carpet. We were amazed at the difference in the carpet. It looked like it was just laid down in each room. We were more than satisfied with the work these two did to clean our carpet. They even took time to explain how their equipment works to us. It is a powerful steamer and they do not use your water or electricity. The van provides everything they need in the self-contained unit. There was no mess when they packed up and left. I would recommend them for anyone who has stains or dirty carpet to have them make it look like new. The carpet was dry by the next afternoon. We are now ready to start moving our furniture in the house. read more

Havens' cleaned and treated our carpets as we designated on Dec. 11, 2019. They arrived on time, scoped the job, and got right to work. Process explanations were provided throughout the 2 hours they were onsite. We have two cats and a dog and carpeting that is, for the most part, 40 years old.
