I was suggested this company. Never again. He had no idea what he was doing and I threw away good money; oven range still didn't work.

I waited 4 days for an appointment for service on my washer/dryer, the repair associate was here for 5 minutes, did not address either issue that was happening and told me to replace the entire unit and charged me $110.00. Do Not Use This Service, they do not appear to me to be honest and seem to be perpetuating a fraud. I did call the business to let them know of my experience, the response was that they will speak to the associate. Not that they would send another associate or refund my money, but that they will speak with him. Completely unacceptable. read more

One star for this business, they are super expensive! Came out to replace a hose on the dishwasher that was leaking. $35 part, and over $200 for the total bill. Second time we have used them, and the last, just too expensive. Four - 4 stars for their service guys, very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and helpful. I called him for an ice maker that stopped working. I paid them $95.00 for the initial diagnostic and they said it was a bad ice maker. Had to order the part. Put new ice maker in that was not it. Said it was the water inlet valve. Had to order that part. Again came out and replaced the water inlet valve. That wasn't it. Charged us another 119.00 and said you have to call a plumber must have a blocked water line and they don't do it. After $212.00 I ended up fixing it myself with a $7.00 needle valve for the water line an expensive lesson not to use bill leech repair service. read more

Terrible customer service. Rude. Overpriced. Will never call nor recommend. After waiting a week for our appointment, being charged $85.00 for 5 minutes of "service", our machine is still broken and the owner was extremely rude when we spoke, again. read more

I called to ask a question about a repair and pricing and the guy raised his voice at me said that it was a poorly asked question. This "poorly worded question" was me explaining the issues going on with my fridge ex. how it's not blowing any cold air, and that the back is very hot. So I asked if he has had this type of experience before and what that would maybe cost. When I asked to speak to a manager he claims the manager won't be back until 6 p.m. when they close at 5 p.m. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM If you drop something off yourself you have to pay them $40 just to even have them take a look at it even if you don't go forward with the repair. read more

This company has the worst customer service ever! Our dishwasher caught on fire and Bosch replaced it. They contacted Bill Leech to install it. The repairman was at my home for 3hrs and 35 min. and didn't finish the job. He was rude and told me they would try and get me on the schedule next week! He dented the front of the new door also! Of course, he never said a word to me about that. He left a terrible mess too. When my husband called the company Monday morning he was told to get a plumber if you want one!!!! I had a repairman come to my home from this company and he was not very nice. To make matters worse, he would not return for repairs (or order parts) until I showed him my receipt for the refrigerator. It was within the one year timeframe and was still under warranty. I simply called and asked for another company to come out and provide service and the manufacturer honored my request. read more

I would like to give no stars. I scheduled a time a week in advance, gave them detailed information on the built-in oven that needed service. I took time off work to meet them only for them to arrive (1 person) and tell me they would have to reschedule because they needed two people. Called owner and was given a serious attitude. I took time off work and I provided all the information they would have needed to assess number of personnel needed. I would not recommend to anyone. read more

Was told to buy a motor for our dryer without a technician seeing or testing our current motor. He insisted that the motor was the problem, in fact. We were never informed of the no-return policy for electrical parts either. When it was discovered that our existing motor worked fine, Bill Leech refused to take back the $190 part - even with the original packaging and receipt, just 3 days after purchase. read more

Bill Leech was our favorite "go-to" source for appliance repair for many years. Sadly, our recent experiences have been disappointing. Mr. Leech does not appear to be part of the office anymore. Those who have taken over service and answering questions do not seem friendly or helpful. I felt like I was an imposition by seeking customer services. The repair was also less then stellar. There were a couple problems they left in place because it appeared to be too much trouble to fix. I am so sad. I do not feel the same level of confidence I used to have with Mr. Leech. I doubt we will return to this business anymore, which is so sad. I would like to be able to support local Lansing small businesses, but I get a stomach ache thinking about calling and having to talk to that same gentleman again. read more

Terrible customer service... Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday Sept. 19th. (over a week from when I called with my issue) No one shows up, I call in and they tell me they cant come out til next Tuesday now. No thanks. Went elsewhere. Spoke to bill the first time, Very nice guy... But who ever runs the front desk shouldn't raise their voice at the customers and be extremely rude. Never will I use them or will I ever... ever recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in this experience. read more
