Absolutely horrific experience that left my mother in tears. The men installing the washing machine could not have been ruder, more aggressive, and more unkind. They refused to answer questions twice despite my elderly parents being hard of hearing, called my father -- who has a progressive neurological disease -- stupid (and then said to my mother's face she must "also not have a brain that works, because she didn't correct him"), muttered inflammatory and belittling comments under their breath, and screamed insults out the window at my mother as they drove away. I wish I were exaggerating. I'm not. I wasn't aware it was even possible for a company to remain in business with workers this abusive. When my mother tried to call the owner to express her horror at the way they were treated and how frightened she felt by their aggression, the owner shrugged it off, said, "Yeahh it's happened before lol :( ", made it clear no disciplinary action would be taken, and that this is apparently just the new standard of service we're expected to put up with.
My dad has been buying appliances and using their service for many years. He's as heartbroken as my mother. Don't spend your money here until they are willing to hold themselves accountable for their workers' behaviors. If you do choose to spend your money here, don't necessarily expect to be treated well. And if the workers are abusive to you, don't expect them to face any disciplinary action. read more
