The first part of the session he spent time learning what makes me tick. My anxiety was becoming extremely overwhelming, and I couldn't handle it any more. The last thing that I wanted to do was take pharmaceutical medicine, or self-medicate. After my first session was over I felt like a new person. Kevin gave me tips on how to manage my anxiety, and become a better person overall. I enjoyed the session so much I went back a week later. All that I can say is that you really need to try him out.
