He reminded me, incessantly, "That won't work, and it will be a waste of your resources spent on my services." After a hearing for temporary support, where he voluntarily offered my soon-to-be-ex the maximum amount in support, I attempted to reach him several times. After three voicemails, and four weeks, I still did not hear from him. Then, I checked the State Bar of TX website, only to find that he was on "Administrative Suspension". That's when I sent a certified letter to his office, then surprise, surprise - a phone call! This man is not only a poor attorney, but his conduct borders on criminal. If I practiced in this manner, I would not be licensed very long. It's a shame that there is very little recourse for the people of TX when being shammed by these types of degenerates. Two-thousand dollars gone with absolutely nothing of value. Consider yourselves warned.
