During our prep call with Todd, he made sure to take note of the songs we absolutely wanted to hear...along with those we absolutely did not. Todd kept the dance floor packed all night. At the initial meeting which took place at my venue the proprietor thought it acceptable to bring along his five year old child who was a constant interruption. He asked for a percentage of the total cost at that time and moments later tried to inflate the charge. Every vendor involved in the execution of a very formal party has come forth with a refund except Wired Up Entertainment. The party was to be months from now and has cost this company nothing. They did not have to purchase anything or produce anything yet they refuse a refund to an elderly woman in a time If worldwide crisis. Wesley was so instrumental in helping us think through the logistics of the day and offered valuable suggestions.
