I went to a children's birthday party that was planned here and they were amazing. Working in childcare myself, I know how stressful it is to have a lot of kids under your care at once! The two employees that helped out with the birthday party were Jeff (he was absolutely amazing and so kind and patient with the kids) and Kaia. They have a cute little birthday routine all set up for the kids, and this allowed them to get so much energy out! Let alone doing all the instructing, they also helped out with the birthday party part! They cut and served cake, and cleaned up after everyone. I enrolled my daughter in the swimming program that Billings Gymnastics School offers during the summers. We did this for a couple years where she excelled past their program and had a good time participating. We then decided to try their gymnastics program last year. She did not enjoy this in the same way. She was a beginner and was put with more experienced kids. The instructor basically ignored her most of the time while she worked with the other kids instead. She left with little more experience than jumping over a few mats. We had signed up and paid for the July session. After the experience we had we decided not to enroll in the following months. We were automatically enrolled for the next session without our knowledge and sent a bill 6 months later for the August session which we did not want, had no knowledge of, and did not attend even once. If you are looking for swimming lessons for the summer they have an alright program. If you are looking for gymnastics I would recommend saving your money and going to the trampoline park instead. Your kids would probably learn more there. Their business practices seem a little shady to me from our experience. I don't believe they should automatically enroll your into and force you to pay for a program that you had no knowledge of being signed up for and no intention of attending. read more

By default this gym is running away with too much business, as they are the only one in town. Unfortunately, they should seriously consider changing up their program to make their gymnastics more competitive. First of all, if your child has any gymnastics potential AT ALL, and is not yet in first grade, you can keep your money and guard your time, this is NOT the place. However, if your child likes to play and hop over mats, then your child will enjoy this gym. Before moving to Montana, my daughter was on an invite only team coached by the team coach when she was barely five years old. We moved here and she was starting kindergarten and after some finagling and testing of her skills, they made an exception and put her in level 3, the highest class you can be in before team. She was coached by a high school girl (very sweet, but how much did she really know?) and she got bored and quit. Now we are just waiting to return to Washington so she can start team. My other daughter was 4, and could only be put in the class with small kids for running to music, walking on the beam, jumping on the trampoline, swinging on the bars and hopping over mats. My child is trained by me at home and can do round offs, handstands, pullovers on bars, back hip circles, etc. She loves gymnastics, but this was an utter waste of time and money. The owners should seriously consider a training track for kids that have more potential or more interest in just playing. And drop the grade requirements for advancement. So disappointing. They are nice, so there's that. Also, they should consider open gym times and gym nights like many other gyms do. Billings is begging for more competition in this genre. Another gym would easily do well here. read more
