This is definitely the place to go when need any kind of sport related items, or even just known-brand clothes to wear! Value wasn't too bad, compared with other prices in town. Associate tells me that she keeps telling them they should carry some. Wandered back to look at the clearance shoes (just to see if there were any I can't live without) and went up front to purchase the items I had found. Inquire if the associate knows what length I need for my Sketchers (I was wearing them, seemed prudent) and informed she doesn't know. She only wears the slip ons. Told her good luck if your puppy/cat chews on them. Fine, corporate doesn't feel the need to carry replacement laces but shouldn't the associates have some sort of idea of the lace sizes? I for one can never figure out the length and constantly buy the wrong size. Customer service should be more than ringing up your purchases. They already don't help with getting boxes down for you nor sizing. Will I be back? More than likely, I own quite the collection of Sketchers so mildly addicted. Do I expect more from the associates? I also hear GREAT things about the new ownership. My one and really only critique, is the kids room. It's sad and dark, and really just designed for some babies or tots. I have older kids too that just aren't quite old enough to be on the gym floor, or alone at home. Can we get a kids room update that is appealing for all aged kids? And maybe get rid of the fluorescent lighting, and dark feeling of the room? I would love if they considered these changes.

We brought my dad here to walk in the pool to strengthen his legs and while walking in the door he tripped and fell, knocking my mom down him, on the runner inside of door! The runner is not industrial, it's more like a runner you'd buy at Wayfair for your hallway at home. No elevators to help him get to second level to work on bikes. My last complaint is the customer service at front desk, two of the gals (Blond) are like dead fish! I just shake my head because well... it's not my business!
