Everyone had a great attitude. They were working hard, so I even jumped in to help unload some flooring and clean up a bit. That's not something I'd normally do, but they were just good people. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. I'm so grateful we went with them because they did an incredible job. Michael's crew was even better than we were hoping for. They showed up on time, were very detailed in their work, made sure the leveling and spacing was perfect, and were in constant contact with us, making sure any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. One of my favorite parts of their work is when they showed us an issue with leveling or spacing and then fixed it without us having to say a word. They also left the house in a much better condition than I was expecting with some cleaning (everything was covered in tile dust after they removed the old tile). Overall, it's a great company that communicate with us, clean up after themselves, and getting it done right throughout the whole process! The cost of the service is cheaper for what they offer compare to other competitors.
