The first rep I spoke with (10/03) stated there were recent errors with the system and we probably could disregard, but someone would call back to confirm. Never got a call. Called again 11/02 and Guillermo stated someone would call me back within a day. Never got a call back. Called again 11/04, Alex stated error with the system, but someone would call back to confirm. Never got a call back. Called again 11/18 and spoke with Michelle. She could not have been more rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Of course no supervisor or manager available and all she could do was take a message for someone to.... "call me back"! If you are a doctor considering using them for your billing needs, reconsider. We tried paying our bill, not avoiding it, and they cannot or will not help.

Think of it as the eBay of tickets but with less transparency regarding who you're buying from & their trust rating. I would love it if tickets-center.com would add profiles of the resellers with ratings, like what eBay does. The lack of information on the seller is the reason for my 1-star deduction on my rating. Other than that, it was a very good experience overall. *Bear in mind that, going in, I expected astronomical prices, the name not matching on my ticket, etc. - all things you'd expect if you bought tickets from a 'scalper' outside the venue.* My experience: my wife and I decided last minute to attend a show that was 2 days away and almost completely sold out. On the event's actual website, there were no 2 seats available together at all. So, I went to tickets-center.com and found the tickets I wanted...2 tickets seated together and were great seats actually. They were absolutely overpriced, but again, I expected that as it was a sold-out show and this is a platform for resellers. The tickets were selling for around $118/each on the venue's site & were selling for ~$250/each on tickets-center.com for the same level/type of ticket. We showed up on the night, the tickets scanned just fine, & no one else showed up to say that they had the same ticket (my biggest fear, actually!). Interestingly enough, everyone in my row had purchased resold tickets, but from different outlets (StubHub, etc.). Even though all the tickets were bought on different platforms, they all had the same name on them! In other words, someone went in when the tickets were released, bought the whole row, and then sold them on different platforms...& probably made a ton of money! If you go in with the understanding that it's a reseller, it'll be expensive, and there's a little more risk than normal...then you'll probably have a good experience. Cheers!

Buyer Beware - Misleading and Overpriced…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Tickets Center. The website is designed in a way that makes you think you're purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster or an official source, which is extremely misleading. After selecting tickets and proceeding to checkout, the final price ended up being nearly double what the same tickets were selling for on other legitimate platforms. The additional fees and markups only became clear at the final stage, after going through the entire purchase process. This feels deceptive and intentionally confusing for customers. If I had realized upfront that this was a resale site with such inflated pricing, I never would have used it. I strongly recommend comparing prices on trusted ticketing platforms before purchasing and being very careful about where you're actually buying from. I will not use this service again.

I haven't even used their services but the owner is one of the rudest individuals I have ever come…read moreacross. This morning on my way to my physician's office I was trying to park as he blocked the spaces (5 I may add) making it impossible for me to park. I was waiting for him to actually park when he began to argue that he was trying to park too. I said go ahead and park and he began to argue and was aggressive by driving recklessly and told me to move. I don't know this person but whatever he is going through I pray for peace in his heart and healing in his spirit. I pray that he find clarity and comfort in knowing that no one is out to get him and that God's promise over his life is true. I pray for our city of Miami where the most aggressive drivers learn to live in community and compassion. This review is really a rating on this gentleman's behavior. I'm sure he has great services but personally I would NOT want to do business with someone that can treat a stranger with such aggression as he treated me this morning. Praying for you. I had posted this same review on Facebook and it was removed. But Mr. Martinez didn't shy away from sending me a message to show his true colors.
