History

Established in 2008.

I worked in the field of psychology and own an inpatient trauma program for over 38 years. I brought all my experiences and skills to my new passion of life, trauma and addiction recovery coaching. Through coaching I am able to help individuals make a positive change quickly, move forward and become successful in a short period. I have written 2 books. One book on trauma, Separated From the Light. The second book, Personal Philosophy which is the basis of my principles for Life Coaching. Created a self improvement program 30 Day Life Changing Challenge that helps individuals achieve success and get what they want out of life.

Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Bill Tollefson, Ph.D. T.

My formal education was as a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. After 38 years of working in the psychology field, I went back to college and gained 5 certifications as a Certified Master Life Coach, Master Trauma coach, and Master Holistic Addiction Recovery Coach. I also have certifications in hypnotherapy, memory work, mind coding, rapid reduction technique and subconscious rapid transformation technique as well as a reality therapy. I am very privileged to have been trained and learned from the best coaches, professors, therapists, hypnotherapists and psychiatrists in the country. It wasn't until I went back to school was I able to open myself to a new thinking and really begin to help people to heal and achieve what they wanted. My philosophy is that all a person needs to achieve a more successful life is to identify self-limiting barriers blocking him or her, learn new life skills, and achieve empowerment.
