I was a client of Blacks pest control for over 10 years. this week they came to do a pest control…read morewith granular. I have a stockade fence around my property with a gate on either side of the house. there is a understanding that the technician reply the Granja to the perimeter of my house go through the gate and close the gate on his way out. So approximately a hour after the technician left my dog needed to go out. So I opened up the back door and let her out and I thought it was weird because it was about 15 minutes later and she did not ask to come in. so I went out there and lo and behold the gate was wide open and she decided to take a stroll in the neighborhood. My dog has not been outside the gate without being on a leash in five year old rescue lab. oh my God being like is my child I panicked and started walking around the neighborhood calling her name. Yes she is Chipped and I Yes she does have a collar and yes my phone number is on the collar.. finally about an hour later I found her. I was so upset that I called blacks and told them of my situation. I requested that I got an apology from the technician and I also made know that I did not like this technician on my property at any longer. There was no empathy to my situation I feel as though I was yessss to death. The next day I noticed 2 large piles of granular pest medicine of apx 1/2 cup each on my walk way...do I know if this is toxic I have no clue. I called them again and made them aware. I requested a apology from the tech of which was never carried out. After inspect the perimeter of my house I noticed that the granular was dropped in piles and not spread out.. and the back and sides of the house was no granular at all. Yes I was aggravated and called Black service again to let them know that they needed to come back out and do the service that they were supposed to do properly. I was instructed by the nasty receptionist that if she said somebody else come out she would have to charge me again. About 15 minutes later I got a phone prothe nasty receptionist But she's not going to send out the manager and it would be no service and she was releasing me as a client because she felt releasing me as a client after 10 years would be better than getting bad reviews. Reviews get even worse when you do something in that manner. I am still traumatized by the way that this woman spoke to me and the fact tha the technician never even called to apologize to me. I let them know that I have on Tape the technician just walking out the fence and not even looking back to close it. But apparently they had no problem with their technician letting my dog out and or dropping large drops of granular around my property I don't know how poisonous this is what I do know that they ask you to keep your animals in the house for over an hour after treatment means to me it can't be good if ingested . Bottom line is I will Never recommend this company to anyone They are not compassionate people and don't care if your animal eates their poison or if your dog is let out to roam the streets. THEY JUST DONT CARE.

Well, ever since Econo-Kill (Mark) came into my life, color me "one happy camper"!!! Whatever it is they use to exterminate-it works. It's odorless and invisible but it really, really works!!
