I called this company to clean several pieces of furniture. The young man sent out to do the cleaning was very nice and professional. When I was explaining that this was not the understanding that I had with the price he got a little upset and explained to me that he would not get paid if I did not use the service. I did not want the service because I was under the impression that it was 3 pieces for $168. I own that. When I had my furniture cleaned by another (company could not find the bill) they did the two chairs and did not make a difference as one being a couch and the other a love seat. Well to make a long story short shortly after he left the owner of the company CHET called berating me. He was screaming I was dishonest and he built his company on honesty. He did not build it on integrity or customer care. He said he had to pay the operator and that is not my problem. I did not want free service but I am entitled to spend my money where I want and when i want. I would have and could have worked out something with them but he was truly an asshole. read more

The big steemer guys were way too expensive for the basic service, and charged an excessive amount for stain and pet treatment. I've never done a Yelp review, but this company is worth it... I had 19 AC ducts cleaned, 2 returns and our blocked roof dryer vent... All this was completed for a price low enough to shock me...I'm very pleased... After they finished, they vacuumed my house..!!! and then used some sort of scented, disinfecting fog through the AC vent system and the house now smells terrific... Dalton and his team did a great job...efficient and quite impressive getting it all done... I'm very pleased and glad that I spotted their local ad in the newspaper... Kwik Dry did an amazing job cleaning my air vents and all the carpets in my home. Dalton texted his arrival time on both occasions, was on time, and came ready to start the jobs. While cleaning one of my air ducts, he discovered our air condition wasn't functioning properly, and suggested we have it serviced. We called the company responsible for the installation and they discovered one of the wires was not properly connected. This young man possibly saved my home because of knowledge in his craft. This is by far the best carpet cleaning business that I have come across. They explain the process very efficiently and the prices are by far the most affordable for the work that was done. Their cleaning products smell amazing and it took no time to dry! I had them clean a room in my house where my dog had peed, leaving a terrible smell and dark stains throughout. After they were done, the pee smell had not only vanished but so did all of the stains! I have used steam cleaners in the past and they took forever to dry, where as the Kwik Dry process dried in a few hours. I needed my carpet cleaned before moving out of my condo. I was so busy with all the responsibilities that come with moving, and it was the week of Thanksgiving as well as my son's first birthday the day after Thanksgiving, so I completely forgot and ended up calling kind of at the last minute. They were able to fit me in their schedule and helped me out before the end of the month. The employee arrived right on time and he did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. Found them through Yelp. Extremely happy with the service and the quick response rate. Have a pet and wanted to get the smell out of the carpets and couch. They have an extra product for deodorizing, but the guy who came out said he thought it would be fine without it. He was right, which saved us money. He was also able to get out a rust stain that had been there since we moved in over 2.5 years ago. Very fair prices, natural products, and paid the exact amount I was quoted. We called Kwik Dry to have the duct work cleaned in our older mobile home. The price we were given was exactly what we paid, and the technician couldn't have been nicer, more considerate, or efficient. He explained everything, gave us great advice regarding our filter, and even had to take his machine apart to fit through our narrow doorways. The ongoing communication was excellent, with texts advising us when the technician was on his way, and an immediate text receipt after completion showing the invoice was paid in full. I called on a Wednesday afternoon about 25 minutes before closing and spoke with Kelly expressing how I needed my carpets clean because I had company coming over the weekend. Well the got me an appointment the next day at 4pm. Dalton arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and performed and excellent job. So I did schedule the AC ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Dalton returned accompanied by Roy, again respectful of our home and performed the work in with a professional attitude. I knew the dryer vent was due to be cleaned but was really skeptical about how much of a difference having the AC ducts cleaned would make - WOW I am now a believer (if Kwik Dry does the work).
