When pulling into Abbotsford, a leafspring on the snowmobile trailer snapped. Long story short after a few phone calls, these two were like lifesavers. Including Sue driving to meet us at Kwik Trip to bring a jack for the trailer so we could get the tire off so we could limp it to their garage. At which point, Kevin put all of his other work to the side, moving stuff around to fit our trailer in his garage so he could work on it immediately. Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints!…read more I stopped at Cobly Chrysler Center last week on my 250-mile journey back home to Minnesota with an electric vehicle i purchased that day. I called in earlier that day looking to see if they had an electric vehicle charger that would be compatible with my car. A man named Tim went above and beyond to be able to help me not only find the charger that was compatible with my car, but he also went out of his way to try to get me an adapter on his own time to get me safely home. Well, I was stranded over 60 miles away until the battery charged, Tim took his time to coordinate the charger getting to the dealership by the time I arrived at closing. To say I was impressed with customer service and how much he cared is an understatement! After barely making it to the dealership with all the heating in the car turned off to extend the range to make it, I arrived chill to the bone. The whole team was waiting for me and expressed extreme concern and care as they saw I was getting hypothermia with the cold and freezing. They welcomed me in, gave me an extra jacket and hot chocolate to warm up, well they went out and started charging my car. Their hospitality didn't stop there, they offered to stay or drive me into town to wait for my car to charge. At this point, Carter Grewe, offered to help tow my car, after hours and on his own time, to where I needed to go.... I was stunned. The level of kindness and generosity of their team is second to NONE! Carter loaded the car up into the flatbed truck, and we headed towards the nearest town. On the way over, he said, "You know what, we might as well get you all the way home so you're safe and warm and out of the snow." Carter ended up driving over three hours all the way from Colby, WI to southern Minnesota to drop me off at my home. The roads were really bad, but he was able to get us there safely and without any trouble with the numerous of accidents on the freeway. To say Carter and the team over at Colby Chrysler center are genuine and honest people, cannot begin to describe them. They are without a doubt the kindest and most caring people that I have met in the car industry, and they want to make sure regardless of if you buy a car there, that you are well taken care of and safe. I can genuinely say that I don't know if I would have made it back to Minnesota without the help of Carter and his team. Next time they're in Minnesota, they all have a round on me!

I explained issue and they said they'd call and back to me, but never did. I have taken vehicle there a few times. Explained my brakes were going bad and they did those. Other garage looked and said bad cylinder when they seemed like they didn't want to look. They replaced an o2 sensor Supposedly and that went bad 2 weeks after doing it so did they just reset it and not do the work? The tires had a bad tie rod which other place found, but were they looking when they did rotations? Seems fishy. They fixed a leaking line for power steering and that started leaking again and other garage explained they should've used a different hose and actually took time to fix it. This garage seems like they want to help, but do the least possible and or are incompetent.

He then told me I owed him 500.00 dollars plus 1 day storage which was 38.00 dollars. I was referred to Grangers towing in Oakdale by c.l. chase towing in camp douglas to pick it up for me and take to my parents in mauston. This trip for grangers was 130 miles round trip and only charged me 275.00. Hwy 54 towing is a joke and a rip off. His place is a disaster and so unprofessional. The driver of the towing company informed me once the tow was over the price had went up $100. This was never mentioned before or during the tow. I was already frustrated on my bus breaking down & was not in the mood to argue. Although I should had only paid the quote that I was given. I signed a receipt agreeing to $650+tax. Totaling to $685. I checked my bank, they charged me an additional $27.13. I called the company within the same hour. They said it was for a credit card charge. No where on the receipt does it say that, not did the man who towed my bus mention that. After telling them this they agreed to refund my card. A few days later I received a phone call from a man at this business stating a lady tried to refund my card of the over charged but she didn't know what she was doing. He told me he would take care of this. I emailed this company yesterday, got no response. I would never deal with this company again nor trust them with my credit card.
