They are an authorized Stihl repair shop and can also repair all brands of lawnmowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, etc. They also rent a variety of equipment for your use including floor sanders, electric snaking tools, large grills, compressors, etc. Their paint shop is fantastic and sell Valspar paint among others. I would never use their service dept again after leaving a snow blower with them that was in show room condition and got it back scratched up and mechanically in worse condition than I brought it in. The pull start cord, which I inspected every time I started it, actually broke on the first pull, after having serviced it, leading me to believe it was actually sabotaged. So much more to say but I'll just say this, only use the place if you have to.

Not…read morejust do they stock a great variety of plants and trees of all kinds, but they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For instance, we have been enduring some really terrible frost. They guided us through buying the frost blankets needed to fend off the frost, and as a result saved our beautiful new peach tree (which we bought from these guys last year). The owner and his staff go out of the way to buy the most unusual items. If I need a birthday gift for someone, I come here. I purchased a hand blown glass bird feeder for a friend. The price was not outrageous, as I am cheap, and my girlfriend LOVED it. If you need birdseed, at 69 cents a pound, buying it loose, you can't beat this place either. Of course they have the usual items, but you can even haggle a little sometimes and get a REAL bargain. Last year I got a beautiful bush for 1/3 off, just by asking if they had ANY specials at the end of the year. The woman in the gardening department actually said, I could let this one go a little cheaper as long as I know it is going to a good home. She feels about her plants the way I do! And lastly, in the country, you have to deal with mice. It is a necessary evil of the joy of the mountains. I was directed to a device that kills the mice by one of the ladies inside. They're mice, so killing them is fine with me as long as I don't see their feces on my counter top and in my food anymore. She even knew what she was talking about with that. In one week, my mouse problem has been solved. I was able to catch one mouse a day, and now I live rodent free. Thanks AGWAY for knowing your stuff!!!!

The people at the counter know a lot and are quite helpful. My front door had an issue with the locking and closing mechanism and the man there looked at it and sold me two parts for $2. The box stores only had door locking replacements kits a lot more costly and didn't go with my 1910 door. I've been in there for paint And accessories too. Fantastic service. A real gem.
