Came here to meet a friend for brunch before she left town. Lots of outdoor seating and since inside was busy we grabbed a table outside. The staff was very friendly. 2/3 Bloody Mary - this was served with celery and topped with peppercorns. Not sure why the peppercorns were added since every time I took a sip I got one in my mouth and had to spit it out. Was the idea that I would swallow them? 3/5 Eggs Benedict - just average. 4/5 fried potatoes - nice and crispy and weirdly served with pickled onions. Surprised to see the low overall rating here. Went tonight with family and we had a sensational time! The service was OUTSTANDING. everyone that came in contact with our table was extremely friendly. The food was outstanding as well. I ended up getting a spicy margarita and that was even exceptional. Based on our experience tonight, I highly recommend this location. I'm rating it a solid 4, not 5 because though I dined within rush hour, it was very hard to be attended to. The servers would keep their heads straight at the went to serve another table or clean an empty one. I do have one shoutout for a specific server named LILY , though. She wasn't the one who served our food but she attended to most of our needs that were failed to be met. Like extra silverware, sauce, drinks and stuff like that. She was very patient and to that I will gladly visit again on my next trip to London. The food was good, can't say much for ambiance. Looking for a great spot to try while in London , then Bills should be on your list. @billsrestaurant I stopped in at Bills Victorian and had an amazing time. The atmosphere is super dope and calming. The colorfulness of the location gives me happy vibes. The staff was a little slow at times but overall helpful. Good meal. I do not think the server could answer a single question. Tables to my right and left both had issues with their order. And I know because tables are too close together. Bar noise intermittently deafening. Thinking it must be trainee night? I would maybe consider coming for lunch but would not encourage dinner unless you have great patience, few questions, and an extraordinary noise tolerance. read more

After a long day of touring and being dropping off at Crown Station, I stopped in here to get a bite to eat. This restaurant is beautifully decorated and I loved the decor in and outside. I sat at the bar and must say I had exceptional service the entire night. I had a very had a hard time deciding what to order and the bartender helped me finally decide on the pan fried chicken with wild mushrooms. What a dish! My meal was delicious and I highly recommend it. Cocktails here are quite creative and equally delicious as my meal. Overall, I had a great experience here and suggest any locals or travelers stop here. read more

Found this place for breakfast after mass at Westminster Cathedral. Ordered the eggs Benedict, a pot of tea and the fresh pressed green juice (all pictured). The food came out pretty quickly, and the tea a juice shortly thereafter. The Benedict was delicious - the hollandaise was very creamy and the ham just a bit crispy. The pot of tea is full sized - I like a few cups of tea with breakfast, but could easily be shared if you only like a cup or two. The fresh pressed juice was refreshing and light and a good compliment to all the cream! Would come back again! read more

Service is terrible, food is mediocre. Mine came out cold after waiting for 45 min. I will not be back.

although the food was alright, the service at bill's was trash! it took around 30 minutes to have just our drink order taken and 20 to get the drinks, the man serving us our drinks just put them down and left without saying anything (after walking past our table five times). when the food came and we finished, it took yet another 30 minutes to have it cleared after the 45 it took to even arrive. overall the food was mediocre and the staff were even worse, i would not suggest this at all, DONT COME!!!! read more

For a 2 course meal, £12.95 really isn't bad. But you have to make sure you choose the right items. I ordered the watermelon and feta starter salad and then got the Greek chicken salad. The watermelon feta had a lot of those not-so-sweet chunks of pale watermelon near the rind. The feta was good. The Romaine and pea shoots were also good. The Greek salad looked a little sad since it was so filled with just chopped Romaine. I could've made a better choice, and it didn't taste bad. However I think I would recommend a different dish if you're going to pay for a meal. The sticky toffee pudding was very very good. They ran out of caramel but I don't think it needed it at all. It's so moist and richly sweet. It comes with a small portion of ice cream that sits under some whipped cream. It's a nice treat to share, or have for yourself if you'd like. After having an outstanding breakfast at the Bill's in Soho two years ago, we decided to grab a pre-theater dinner at this branch. Even after telling our server that we had theater tickets, it was like pulling teeth to get his attention. The food was fine but the service was slow and inattentive which seemed really strange for this particular location near Victoria Palace Theatre and a transportation hub. Just plan for extra time if you visit this one. read more

Tonight was the first and only time I will be dining at Bill's. My wife and I were staying nearby and went out for dinner at Bill's. We were warmly greeted, shown our seats, and told who our waiter would be. When he arrived he mumbled something that we took for ordering drinks. Once we said we had allergies we couldn't get his attention anymore. The manager came by, took our order and assured us that we would be safe with our choices. Another server brought out the starter. Our waiter ignored us. We had empty dishes on our table, our waiter ignored us and tended to the tables beside and behind us. We needed to ask repeatedly to get our water refilled. Our main courses were brought to us by a different server. Our waiter never came by to ask how the meal was. My wife spoke to the manager because the service was so bad. We had to ask for the bill twice. There was an error, charged for 2 items instead of one. Other staff were apologizing for our waiter. The only saving grace was the manager and the food. read more

Fun atmosphere and great food! We started with the calamari and bbq chicken skewers - both very good. Our meals included pan-fried chicken with mashed potatoes, broccoli and a mushroom sauce, a chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo and avocado and a chicken dish with spice and paprika, etc. All were very flavorful. We also splurged in dessert - the warm chocolate brownie with ice cream, the Bill's sphere with chocolate and hazelnut mousses .... and chocolate ice cream. For such a busy, buzzy place I'm surprised there's not more review love here on Yelp. Went yesterday for the first time and really enjoyed it. Thai green chicken curry, the butternut stew and the ancient grains bowls were all good. My sweet, smoky, orangey Old Fashioneds were spot-on for me. Most impressive was the depth of knowledge of the menu and preparation methods from Caroline, the manager there. We needed allergy advice and she knew the issues inside out (whatever you need - VE, GF, DF - they have an excellent choice and a comprehensive 'allergy book') I really felt she was a great representative for the brand and we will certainly make Bill's one of our regular spots in the rapidly-developing Victoria Street area. read more
