When it came time for renewal this year I got an email asking us to call and discuss the renewal. We did call and were told it had renewed. No email stating how much it. No communication. That's 2. I called my State Fam guy and asked him to quote. It came in 200.00 less. North Town couldn't tell me where the payment was pulled from and I couldn't locate in my bank account. That's 3 Today after I sent an email and called, they were able to tell me where it came from. Then they said a check would be mailed. After pressing further, they stated it would be returned to my bank. Minus 74.00 for 3 days of coverage. That's 4 DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They don't know what they are doing
