I asked to meet the famous "Billy Superstore" and Billy's superstore, unfortunately the employees there said that Billy was "Unavailable" Naturally I took the women's opinion with a grain of salt, after all, she had a tattoo on her right forearm, so I didn't listen to her any further. After trying to break into the employee office to see Billy B. Superstore, I was halted by Dwaine Johnson, whom asked me to leave Billy's Superstore. Dwaine was not a woman, so I listened to him. But before I listened to him I managed to break the 8 digit password lock on the door. And low and behold Billy B. Superstore was sitting in is rolling office chair, and he said to me "Take a seat, Mr. Sir" I took a seat, and he slid a sandwich in my direction "Eat" he said I took a bite of the sandwich, then he allowed me leave I was very happy with Billy Superstore, but I found the employees taking the tires off my car. 0/10 Billys read more

NEVER go to this gas station!!! We stop all the time and spend money at this gas station on the way to Clark's Hill lake so naturally when our 3 year old was crying because she had to go to the bathroom we stopped at Billys. We ran inside ( if you have a small child you understand why we were running) and the bathroom was locked with a digital key code. The sign said to ask for the code. I politely ask for the code and the owner said nope... no purchase, no code. I said it's not for me my baby really has to go to the bathroom and we stopped here on the regular and fill up with gas (let's be honest thats $100 each time)... she said nope... and looked at me and my child and waved her hand bye! Needless to say we will be finding a new gas station. read more

Just went today on 5/31/2020 at 1:10pm to take my 3-year old to the bathroom and refused to let my child use the restroom without making a purchase. Had to get money and go back to then be told I had to buy something before I could bring him to the bathroom. I cussed because I was pissed. It is unacceptable to deny a child to use the restroom. It is unhealthy for a child's bladder and a child can only hold their bladder for so long. I will be making a formal complaint and ensuring this is addressed and the policy is changed. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never spend another penny here. read more

Today I drove from Augusta to Trenton South Carolina with my wife to witness the total solar eclipse. We parked at this farm on the side of the road a couple hours before the event. There must have been a hundred people over there. We had a family from Florida parked next to us, very nice people. Had a very nice time it truly was an awe inspiring event. We were there for a couple of hours in the South Carolina heat, so it's not to hard to imagine that we were thirsty and needed a bathroom break. So back in the car we go and a couple of miles later we come to a truck stop named BILLY'S SUPER STORE. My wife stayed in the car while I went inside the store, I really needed to go so I went straight to the restroom first. There were a couple of young kids leaving the restroom, they held the door open for me and I thanked them and went in. I took care of my business and went to wash my hands when I noticed a sign on the door that said "You must make a purchase to use this restroom". Well I didn't think it was that big a deal because that was always my intention anyway. I left the rest room and was immediately confronted by an employee. She was very rude and abrasive and informed me that I was not allowed to leave the store until I bought something. I told her I was going to buy something but since your being so rude I don't think I will. She said she was going to call the cops if I refused. I told her to go ahead you can't make me buy anything. I told her I was leaving, She pulled out her cell phone and started to video record me and told me I was going to jail and started calling me trash and said I was a low life. She got behind my vehicle and recorded my tag number, yelling and screaming the whole time. I drove down the street for another mile and stopped at a Shell Station instead and got excellent customer service. read more

I really wish they would do something better with this place. If I didn't HAVE to go here sometimes, I never would. The pumps rarely work & most of the time you won't know until you're already out of the car and ready to pump. Sucks when it's cold out at 7 in the morning. If you can make it to the next town, I'd keep going. read more

I am a Hospice Nurse. I travel all over Edgefield and Aiken County taking care of my patients. It is sometimes hours before I can use a bathroom. One day I decided to stop at Billies,,,had to go real bad. Grabbed my wallet, because I always buy something when I go into use a bathroom at a convenience store. The clerk at the counter, told me, "No!, you have to buy something", very rudely, I said, "Yes, ma'am, I will as soon as I use the bathroom." She said, "No, you won't, you WILL buy something first." I told her that no, I won't, and, left the store. My first thought as a nurse was,,, eewww, gross, so, if I buy a sandwich or anything that I have to eat or drink, I do not want to take it into a nasty bathroom, just gross!! I always wondered why the parking lot is empty. Horrible customer service and just imagine how much money they are losing! read more

Was traveling from Augusta GA to Greenwood, SC. Had to make an emergency stop to use the restroom since the places to stop are very limited. The restroom required you have a code to get in. I asked the cashier for the code and was told I had to make a purchase to get it. I told her that I was going to make a purchase after using the restroom.... she refused to give me the code until I made my purchase. Once in the restroom it was not very clean nor was it well stocked. I would not recommend stopping here. They also require a $5.00min purchase if using debit or credit otherwise you are charged an additional .50cent. read more

If you have to use the restroom you can't have the passcode until you make a purchase. You can't make a purchase with a debit card for under $5.00 otherwise it's a fifty cent charge. ps. Smells like road kill in the bathroom. And there is no air. Rude cashiers. And over priced. read more

Billys superstore We got in trapped by the owner and her posse there at the store she threaten to call the cops did not do so harassed us and held us hostage is blocking the semi both directions and the side so we called the cops when they figured out that the cops were really coming they split and scattered do not recommend the store at all if you do go there they prepared for Lynch mob to come after you even though you're in the right and nothing was done to them but they were informed that that was not appropriate and something that they could not do to people more of this incident to follow and of course I recorded the whole thing I am officially giving this place a five star rating as far as infringing on the rights of an American citizen being complete and Autre jack asses and for showing me that the old tradition of bringing out at lunch mob and forcefully in trapping and American with all rights as a real American to listen to their bull crap about threatening to call the cops and running there mouth read more
