He actually told me that rather than being like some blood sucking lawyers he was trying to be the nice guy and help me determine if I needed to hire him. I was worried about the possibility of owing the state of Florida a lot of money. I actually lost sleep at night. I was very thankful that Mr Sutton took my concern and looked up the laws re: sales tax and then telling me he would also like to consult with his partners and get their opinions before asking me to hire him. My situation may still require his defense we'll see what happens however for now he's told me that I may not need his services. What lawyers do that today? Most are only interested in billable hrs.
