I accidentally walked in while the owner was clearing out. There wasn't any clear sign that the business was permanently closed, and since the door was open, my sister and I assumed it was okay to go in and look around since we'd never been there before. There was no one at the front desk, so we just browsed for about 10-15 minutes. Eventually, the owner came over and asked if we needed anything. I told her we were just looking, and she responded sarcastically with, "Well, we're closed." I immediately apologized and explained that the door was open and we didn't see a sign. The windows are heavily tinted, so it's not like we could see anything posted clearly. She insisted there was a sign and explained vendors were moving out, but her tone was unnecessarily rude and hostile the entire time. I stayed polite and left, but the interaction left a bad impression. It was a simple misunderstanding, and the way it was handled felt unprofessional. Stopped by there a few Saturdays back and purchased a set of trekking poles for a third of what I would have paid anywhere else.Great prices and nice people. If you find something you like you had better buy it because good items sell out fast. read more
