What started as a straightforward cabinet purchase quickly turned into a frustrating, drawn-out process. Communication was inconsistent from the beginning--calls weren't returned, timelines kept changing, and I often had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates. The biggest issue has been the condition and quality of the cabinets themselves. Several arrived with clear defects--warping, finish inconsistencies, and visible damage--but getting these problems acknowledged has been incredibly difficult. Instead of offering to properly replace the defective solid wood cabinets with equivalent quality, the proposed "solution" was to swap them out for much lower-grade particle board replacements. This is completely unacceptable given the original purchase and feels like a significant downgrade rather than a resolution. To make matters worse, resolving the issues has been incredibly difficult. Getting anyone to take responsibility has been a challenge, and scheduling corrections has taken far longer than it should. What should have been an exciting home upgrade turned into a stressful and time-consuming ordeal. Overall, this was the worst customer experience I've ever had. I expected far better from a company of this size and reputation, and I would strongly recommend considering other options for cabinet purchases and installation.

When I made our appointment and before setting out on our trip, she sent me a video explaining how the process would work so we could get an idea of what we were going to be doing. It was SO helpful! Once there, we got one on one help with our  creations. It was so fun to etch the glass, tap it, and break it. We had the best time and I'm so glad we have these great items to hang on our Christmas tree now!
