Each time we called; we spoke with a real person. Whether it was their answering service or the office directly, we were greeted with kindness, and everyone was very helpful. When it was the answering service, we received a call back the very next day from the office confirming they received our message and responded to what our request was for. Not having rented a bin before, we realized the night before it was scheduled to be delivered it was going to be too small. We called back that night and asked for a larger bin. They were very accommodating, no complaints, no problem, they brought the larger bin as scheduled the next morning. To our surprise we still filled the first bin the first day and needed another one! We called them back and explained our situation and they had a new bin out the next morning and picked up the full one. We loved that the bin itself was easily accessible with the doors that opened on the back. They delivered the bin exactly where we requested and picked it up without hesitation when we requested. I recently removed a rotten deck, rotting rail road tie retaining wall, and fence and knew I would need space to put all of this debris. Bin There Dump That was a great option and I will absolutely use them and recommend their services to friends in the future. They showed up before 8 am on both the delivery and pick-up dates. The driver that delivered the roll off asked exactly where I wanted it located and skillfully placed it. The pick up driver was also courteous. The dimensions of the roll off were great because my driveway is short, but the 20 yard option is a smaller footprint than my coupe, so it was perfect, but quite tall, so there was plenty of space for my multiple projects worth of refuse. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. We had seen others in our neighborhood use them and so we decided to give them a try. WORTH IT 1000%!!! The dumpster we ordered for a garage/house clean was perfect and was delivered right on time. We had to reschedule last minute due to an injury and they were super accommodating. My experience seriously could not have been better. I sent requests for quotes to several companies. I got two replies. Bin There was more expensive by $50 (about 15%), so I called the cheaper competition. The soonest they could get a bin out was 5 days after my request. I didn't want to miss the weekend, so I called Bin There. I got a live person (answering service), but my call was returned by the boss within 30 minutes, and less than two hours after my initial call, the bin was delivered exactly according to my instructions. I hope I do not have occasion to use these services again, but if I do, Bin There has unquestionably won my business because I am willing to pay a small premium for an immediate solution to my problem. read more

Awesome Customer Service! We contacted Bin There Dump That for a quote, along with several other companies. Brenda responded right away, gave a good and fair price and explained how they worked. We scheduled our dumpster delivery. William was right on time and called to let us know he was on the way. Sounds strange, but the dumpster was clean! William was professional, and friendly.
