Rented a smaller dumpster to clean out our garage. The customer service responsiveness and professionalism were 5 stars from the employees on the phone to the delivery driver who called in advance to inform when the delivery would be made. They placed the dumpster perfectly and retrieved it without damaging our driveway or yard. They also broom-swept the area around the dumpster. The service and responsiveness of this business beats all others hands down. I have used the major dumpsters and the discount services. They are tough to pin down on arrival and even harder to get a firm pickup date. And, the dumpsters have been the wrong size, ( the one you wanted wasn't available), or so beat up that it looks like hazardous waste. This company answers the phone, delivers what you want, and on time. They put down boards to protect the driveway, place it where you want, and pick it up when you request it. I have used them at least six times for cleanup. I tried others but have decided that good service nice people and quality dumpsters are worth any price difference. So I needed a dumpster to take down my old deck. I call up Bin There Dump That and get the owner, John, while he is hauling a dumpster out to a job. The guy pulls off the interstate so he can take my information and get me set up. No "I can't help you right now". No "Call me back later". Nope. He stops what he's doing, gets the info, and I have a dumpster the next day. I fill it up, leave a message, and the next day it is gone. Don't use this company, unless you are only doing a small clean up. They baited me with a low price, and them up-charged me an additional $140, and were unable to remove the unit without me having to crawl into the dumpster and rearrange the load. Their trucks are too small and cannot lift a fully loaded dumpster. I would recommend that you use a real dumpster company instead of this one. read more
