The carpet restretching was technically completed correctly, but the workers left my house a mess. Furniture had been moved and not returned to its original location, scraps of carpet on the floor were not cleaned up, and my security system had been unplugged for some reason. When I contacted the company to complain about being overcharged and left with a mess, the owner of the company yelled at me. I was not happy with my experience. This felt like a shady bait and switch.
