We had never had to rent a dumpster before and they made it so easy from the very first call to find out about the process to the time they came to pick it up. If you call them and they don't answer you immediately get a personal text message stating that someone will get back with you in 10min. Each time I called they called back and were so friendly and helpful. The delivery guy was nice and informative and gave me a call when they were 10min away.
