I called the office to let them know they missed my trash and was told that I needed to take my trash can and put it on the street on the left side of my house ( my house is on a corner lot) umm.... no it's at the end of my driveway and you picked it up last week. Why can't the driver turn the corner?? After paying $93.00 to get service started, I told her that I would just cancel then if they couldn't turn the corner and empty their can. So now I'm waiting for a refund.... no telling how long that's going to take. This lady was so rude she HUNG up on me. Real Professional!!!
