The 20yd container they put in my driveway was super clean, and the driver placed it such that I could still use the other half of my driveway. No ruts in my yard--they didn't even touch my yard--and no marks in my driveway. Just set it down perfectly the first time. Extra kudos to the driver (Jason) who walked this novice through how to open/close it and answered all my silly questions. Also to Christine in the office who answered more silly questions and walked me through everything step-by-step. Their price was competitive but not necessarily the cheapest. I chose BTDT because of their consistently positive reviews and the people I talked to when vetting them--and I'm glad I did. I got more for my money in extra days and peace of mind. read more

This is the second time I have rented a dumpster from Bin There Dump That. I have been very pleased both times. While cleaning out the garage on a Saturday I realized it would be much easier to have a dumpster. I called and the dumpster was deliverered in a few hours. Since my information was already on file there was no paperwork to do. The dumpster was picked up the same day I emailed pick up with ready. I was concerned the dumpster might be too full so I had some garage bags left. When the driver got there he helped load up the bags to make it all fit. I picked this company because it is locally owned. Mike was super helpful in helping me pick the size I needed. The guy who delivered the dumpster placed it exactly where I wanted it & used supports to protect the driveway. He was super friendly as we the guy who picked it up. I called early in the morning of the original pick up date to ask for 1 more day & they were very accommodating and did not display any sign of irritation with my request. BTDT was very flexible and responsive. The owner helped talk me through the size of dumpster needed for our home renovation project.
