I hired Referral Cleaning & Restoration to clean my new home prior to our moving in. I was referred to them by the previous owner and also the company I used to install carpet and flooring in my old home. The previous owners of our new home had cats and my son is very allergic to cat hair and dander and a reaction when he visited the home. I was very concerned about getting the carpets cleaned well for this reason. I was initially a little reluctant because they are more expensive than other companies, but I decided to go for quality and that proved to be an excellent decision. The fact that they have stronger extraction suction, do extra passes on the carpet, and have faster drying time also influenced my decision. The technician who came to my home was Walter. Walter was the most courteous and exceptional professional I have EVER had into my home for ANY service in the last 20 years that I have been a home owner. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, and was extremely passionate about cleaning my home. When he arrived he used shoe covers, corner protectors, etc. and continued to treat my home with respect throughout the service. I explained to him about my son's allergy to cats and also showed him one stain on the carpet that seemed to be cat urine. Walter then got a black light and examined my entire home, on his hands and knees, including carpets, baseboards, walls, and heat registers. He marked each spot of pet urine he found throughout the home with a poker chip. He then used special cleaner for pet urine to clean and decontaminate those areas, and cleaned all the carpets. He even washed the walls by hand and disassembled the heat registers and cleaned them with the special cleaner. He worked diligently for 12 hours on my 2200 square foot home. He brought fans in and placed them in each room to speed the drying process, as I had scheduled my move for the next day. He did absolutely everything possible to accommodate my needs. My home looks and smells amazing. My son has had ZERO allergic symptoms. I feel good about the safety of my kids as they lay on the freshly cleaned carpet and I feel good about the cleanliness of my new home. Do not think twice! This is the second or third time I have used referral carpet cleaning this is the second time Jacob has come out and cleaned my house and I love their work! You can definitely get your carpets cleaned for less money, however if you're looking for a quality job that last longer this is the company for you. I am a real estate agent and sometimes my clients think they have to have carpets replaced because of children stains or dog stains I have recommended this company numerous times, my clients have been very pleased at how well their carpets turn out and they don't need to have carpet replacement most of the time. I myself have a teenage daughter that spilled make up in her bedroom on her beige carpet and they did A wonderful job of getting it out. food stains, dog stains, dirt you name it. I get my carpets cleaned several times a year sometimes I use less expensive companies, however, they do seem to leave a residue that causes the dirt to stick to the carpet's and get dirtier faster. We used a well known cleaning service in town for several years until someone told us about Referral. They did a beautiful job removing a difficult stain on a chair & sofa. We also found some stains on a bedroom carpet that, we believe, were made by workers when our home was being built which we didn't notice at the time. Now, they are completely gone. I used Referral based on a referral from a friend of mine. I didn't know what to expect but I am so glad I went with them. I love the fact that they are family and locally owned. Alan and Audrey were extremely professional and honest. I had to leave my front door unlocked for them to come in while i wasn't home. That wasn't a problem at all. It's great to find a company that i feel comfortable leaving my door open for. They did a fantastic job on my carpets. They haven't been cleaned in over 5 years and they look great now. My carpet is 22 years old and has seen potty training of the children of previous owners, my four children, and my dog. We bought new carpet a few years ago and I was determined to keep it looking clean and new. I forgot that our dog will present a challange to that goal. The carpet has soiled in the spots she loves to lay. Referral came and cleaned my carpets on these extra soiled areas looked new after they finished. When they cleaned my carpet, it wasn't sopping wet afterward. All the spots came up and did not return. I have a puppy, so this was much appreciated. Alan with Referral Cleaning was extremely thorough and went above and beyond expectations. Having a white couch for 6 years, I had no idea the degree the couch had aged, but Alan spent hours to bring the brightness (and cleanliness) back as it did when it was new, despite normal wear and tear over time and my long haired cat. I would highly recommend Referral Cleaning and Restoration. They do cost a little more but I thought the cost was worth knowing the employees were hard working and did a thorough job. I have had other companies clean our carpets and you could tell that the workers were just doing this job to get a paycheck.
