The clinic is slow and disorganized to begin with, but adding a dismissive, rude and incompetent person as the face of your organization is truly a disgrace. We pay taxes so we can be talked to and treated with animosity. Try any other clinic than this!

Finally the doctor decides to start seeing patients and stop talking his day away. 55 MINUTES HE SPENT TALKING TO THE RECEPTIONIST! Then proceeds to start seeing patients OUT OF ORDER! It's been almost and hour and we were the first to arrive and the doctor is so horribly tragic that he can't even do his job! There will be a complaint to the Ontario medical and welfare board, the walk in clinic and complaints about the doctor and receptionist directly. This is a disgusting miss use of time and tax payer money. They don't even care about the well being of their patients. DISGUSTING!

She is knowledgeable, personable and doesn't rush you out the door. Her practice also has an after care office that allows you to see doctors who are on call in the evening and on weekends and all the information goes directly back to Christine's office. However it took another 20 mins for a doctor to see me. I believe he was Dr. Anton. He was courteous and professional. The walk-in clinic is located within the Medical Centre. There are 6 doctor private practices and a Pharmasave pharmacy also. There is no free WiFi. There is one gender-neutral washroom that is accessible also.
