The most horrible clinic ever! They make people wait so long to be seen by the doctor. I'm wondering why do they let certain people walk right into the exam room while others ( seniors ) wait for hours???? Never ever would I recommend this clinic!!!!!! Got refused the ability to see a doctor because I have a red & white health card. They stated that it was expired as of February, yet there's an exception in place and they're valid until September. I also confirmed this with Service Ontario that my card is still valid and that they were wrong to refuse me based on that. read more

Charged me $20 for an ear flush, said it was not covered under OHIP. Saw other people with cash as well, who were seen by the doctor and came back with money in hand. They were showed right in. I was 5th in the waiting room and was there 2 1/2 hours, kept taking people in from the hall who had come back, not just arrived. read more

ZERO. I told the doctor I have an infection in my throat and can't take penicillin because of my allergies and he STILL prescribed it to me. I dont know why I took it that's my fault and the infection did go away but I've been reacting to the medication for THREE WEEKS. Numb tingly skin, fatigue, headaches.. the works! I 100% don't recommend this MONEY HUNGRY clinic. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. HEED MY WARNING! They even let patients that have been going there regularly AHEAD OF YOU. It's truly sickening. He didn't even check my throat properly he just took my word for it. 3-4 hours of waiting for 15 second run-through (literally). If I go back and they don't right their wrong, a lawsuit will be underway. Not a threat but a PROMISE. read more

Don't waste your time! I went there right when they opened for them to turn me away because I had a sore throat and didn't have a pcr test. I booked my test and when I got there they told me I was not eligible for a test because I'm not a Healthcare worker.... the people doing the tests told me the walk-in should've never refused me service. I went back there and had to deal with a very rude and uneducated receptionist. I then went a waited at urgent care for 3hrs. A doctor looked at my throat for 3 secs and wrote a prescription for strep. Whole day wasted. read more

Ive been here since 215 (*its 5) I JUST saw the "Dr" and he knew I needed a note for work.. couldnt have cared LESS what was ACTUALLY wrong w me.. literally held the doorknob trying to leave while I was talking about my symptoms. Arrived at clinic this morning at 920 a.m. Approximately 6 people ahead of me. It is nearly noon and I have yet to be seen. I assume they have just one doctor on staff. Small waiting area. Building itself is quite nice with a coffee shop just outside the clinic. I have been sitting in the waiting room alone for 20 minutes. Would not recommend this clinic. read more

Been to this clinic for many years. Staff are wonderful and great customer service, very friendly. The doctors are pleasant and helped me with my problem. I would recommend this clinic to anybody that wants excellent service. The wait time is reasonable, seeing the amount of patients that come there everyday. My experience has been terrific. read more

This walk in is a joke and the doctor even worse. Sometimes you are there for a whole day only to be rushed out without the doctor spending quality time to treat or diagnose what ails you. Dr Hanna is the worst doctor I have seen. He's more about the money !!! I was in recently, it was unusually quiet around lunchtime. There was 2 people in the meeting room prior to me going in. I was in there for literally 2 min and he didn't seem concerned with the pain I was experiencing. He just rushed me out. Maybe I was cutting into his lunch time. Extremely upset, which is why I'm writing this. I would definitely not recommend this walk in unless they get a better doctor. It is an extremely busy facility. It floors me that they have only one doctor especially one that doesn't give a damn about his patients!!! read more

I'd give it a zero if I could. Doctor is horrible here, walked in and asked 2 questions and then walked out said I was fine! Really? If I was I wouldn't have gone there! Today i go to the queenston walk in clinic 8:15pm. The receptionist refuse to take my health card, and ask me, 8:14 she took last patient, i told her, walk in clinic close 9pm. There has sign board. But she refuse to take my health card. I feel very bad. There all public places not for private practices, when ever you want close without any reason, spacial health clinic.
