How hard is it to clean windows, right? Well, it turns out it's not that easy!! We decided to hire someone to clean up our streaky, cloudy windows. They had not been properly cleaned in YEARS!! Windex just won't do the job...Besides, it would take a whole lot of windex to clean every single window in my house! I live in a tall house on a hillside with a pretty view and windows that are impossible to clean from the outside. Or, I should say, *were* impossible to clean from the outside. Brian and John were very friendly, showed up on time, and the windows look great. Our prior window washer who moved out of state recommended Brian; however, our prior window washer washed the screens instead of just brushing them and also cleaned the tracks. I did mention the track cleaning to Brian and offered to pay more if they would clean the tracks, but he just cleaned one slider. We have a removable dog door, and our prior washer cleaned that as well and removed it and then put it back. If you just want clean glass and not the rest, they are reasonable. After they left, we also realized they skipped cleaning the inside of one of the sliding doors. I supposed I should've done a walk-through prior them leaving. read more

I live in Echo Park and have one of those old Craftsman buildings with high ceilings and lots of windows on the 2nd story. The 2nd story windows are very high up and they hadnt been washed outside ever as far as I know. I've always been a DiY type, but I had been putting off cleaning my windows for AGES!! seriously disgusting stuff, and several of my windows are the old-school slat variety which is even more of a pain in the ass to clean! I came across Bio Clean here on Yelp and decided to give them a try, because I was just getting embarrassed every time I had people over and they'd joke about my dusty windows, especially the ones in the "cat business" room. Brian got back to me the same day and came out to do my windows that weekend, even painstakingly removing the slats on each window and cleaning them individually! Now that's service!
