Manager on duty, kylee silcott, was very rude and very unprofessional I bought something that had obviously been tampered with and brought it back in not even a minute after walking out of the store and she continued to go after me and say she's not doing shit about it and then when my husband called he said how do I know your not the one who messed with it and sold me a used vape and she full on said in a bitchy tone and with laughter in her voice you don't! Basically admitting to stealing from the customers, DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND THEN TREAT YOU LIKR CRAP. Avoid! I purchased a mod here on 25 September. The mod leaked like crazy. I returned it within 10 days and they refused to issue refund. They said, "Our policy is no refunds." Wish they'd told me that when I bought it. What a terrible way to treat a customer. Be warned: They sell junk and won't refund a single penny of your purchase. read more

This shop is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their house made juices are great. If you go during happy hour, you get a discount on the house juices. I don't go anywhere else for my needs. I recently bought a grab bag on Black Friday for $150 and it came with 3 mods, 2 RDA's, a tank, 3 batteries, 2 juice packs, some great tweezers designed for mods, a coil jig, and a bag to hold it all. It was a great deal. The juices I always get are: Cummins, Power Stroke, Pink Panther, and Watermelon Redhot out of their house flavors. Check them out! read more

Very informative, friendly, helpful customer service from one of the guys there, who was busy helping someone else. Two girls were behind the counter, didn't say anything, asked me nothing. At first I thought they might be customers too. When the guy finally had a second, he jumped right on helping me out. Really great customer service from that guy. For the other two, uh, yeah. Thought I might be the only one, but apparently a few people have had my same experience. So apparently it's not just my lack of cuteness. Anyway, check out their selection, they have a ton of really great varieties, didn't even scoff when I bought some nicotine free products. read more

I always like coming to this store. I live in California and I have family that I visit in Ogden. I come here because they have juices that I'm familiar with back home. I was there yesterday to check the place out…read more The location isn't bad and there's lots of good parking. However, the interior of the store looks dirty and dingy with the bad lighting and old paint. The amount of customers visiting this vape store, and others in the area, is completely mind-blowing to me but the staff appeared to be friendly and helpful (one of the largest reasons I gave the location 4-stars instead of three). But I could see there being a lot of frustration if the three employees working had more than the 7 customers waiting and any of those customers wanted to know more information than just how a certain juice was. Also, I don't like how they have the area set-up as everyone ultimately has to crowd around the end of the store to see the display cases and available flavors. Again, if there is more than 2-3 customers, you can't see anything. Maybe you could consider something like an assembly line - putting the display cases parallel to the long walls so while customers are waiting in line, they can also browse the available merchandise, then your point-of-sale is at the very end (basically like an L-shape). Next, the prices for available items were more expensive than at other local shops. That may be negligible for some as this location is closer than driving to Ogden or SLC - so while you may spend more at the store, you'll use less gas getting there. I think the store has potential, they just need to spruce up the store a bit and get more/better lighting, new carpet/flooring, and paint the walls - then consider the location of the display cases and it would be a solid 5-stars.

Capital City Antique Mall came up in my search (well there was another but they are closed on Tuesdays), and I was very pleased to find that they were in a large warehouse with plenty of vendors. There were a few items that I wanted but couldn't purchase for the sake of space or other reasons, but they were absolutely beautiful. The photos I've shared below are only scratching the surface of the gamut of items that you can find at the antique mall. I ended up purchasing some small items to add to my shelf of collectibles at home, including my very first glass insulator. The staff are nice and everything is quite reasonably priced compared to CA antique stores. We will definitely be revisiting Capital City Antique Mall the next time we are in SLC!

First, they charge an admission fee. Everything is also very spread out among the gateway buildings and outside areas. Many more booths with clothing that was more flea and less vintagey. Hardly any really unique booths. A few of the older vendors you might recognize, but the vibe is just very different.

The store itself was nice, but the vegetable area outside was a bit disappointing -- the ground was dirty and wet, which got my clothes and shoes messy. The value of the plant was really good. I'm glad I was able to find at least one thing I needed, and I'll try to come earlier next year in hopes they have more in stock.

Took 3 weeks for me to get my husband into this particular franchised store. FB friends (in other states) said they've had good results. We walked in ready to spend AT LEAST $100 but both "salesman" looked like they've been smoking good weed instead. We were waiting for them to step up and start asking questions to help my husband choose a good kit for him..... Long story short..... as we're leaving the one guy says... "Well if there's anyway we can help, let us know!" SERIOUSLY we actually walked into your store ready to buy. I sent them an email telling them they should closed the leased building they are wasting their money on and stick to on line sales. DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THAT FRANCHISE!!! read more

Went in to buy juice. Needed a flavor I'd bought there before, but I wasn't using the right name or something. Rather than being helpful or trying to help me find something similar, the miserable slag behind the counter felt it necessary to let me know how long she'd been working there. Unfortunately don't give two shits how long she's been working there. It's a tragedy when rather than get someone into one of the 300 juices you sell, you feel it more important to let the customer know what a super cool "expert" you are. Vape shops are a dime a dozen. I went into this store to find a rebuildable Dripper. Their selection was awesome and the customer service was spot on. Unlike alot of the other local retail Vape shops I have been in where you have to wait 25 minutes just to get someones attention. After I bought my Nimbus (which hits like a monster) They even wrapped the coil for me and showed me how I can do it in the future. Thanks guys you guys rock.
