I moved in October 2022 and have experienced more incompetence, disorganization, and irresponsibility from any management or company I've ever come across. Despite all problems you will face in your apartment here, don't think for a second you will be able to break your lease. They care about the money, not your well being. There have been tenants posting notices on how to break your lease in this building. The concierge staff and the maintenance workers are the only true gems. Do yourself the favor, if you believe you deserve a good living for your hard earned money, do not choose this place. I am still one of the many tenants suffering and hoping to break out of the lease to live somewhere actually worth it.

What kind of way is that to conduct business? If you have multiple properties and your leasing office is on one in particular-why not first establish where your possible renter is located prior to sending them on a hunt. The new management has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Once they get you to sign the lease, they barely respond to anything. The most recent issue is they charged me a $250 patio violation WHEN I DO NOT HAVE A PATIO at my apartment. I have gotten no response all week in regard to refunding and removing this charge from my account. They also threatened to terminate my lease over an issue that they have with conedison! I provided proof that I created an account with the meter number that was provided to me, and I was threatened. This is their fault. Do not rent from this company. I can't wait to move.
