The tech I thought was doing a proper job was indeed not as the bugs are immune to the sprays and nothing is working. If it did the building I live in would not have bugs in it after years of treatment. I give a 1 star and will not undo the 1 star as they have epically failed to treat the issue and still the bugs remain and flourish.
