Service was absolutely garbage they came in and only did kitchen first time so when I called and inquired they said they would come back to spray full house I told them send a different employee this time well 3 weeks later they did and it was a different employee. Only to enter my house after the 4 hours to see my house was in shambles. They wore dirty boots in my house tracked leaves and mud in all over upstairs and downstairs of my house they used my beige colored cloth dining room chair in the kitchen they stepped on to spray up above fridge and such . And damaged our rugs in bedrooms . There was a powder every where like a bomb went off and the owner agreed thats not how they put that stuff out . With a bit of arguing they did admit the broke procedures and cause damage. They did refund our money but it took so much time to clean the house and replace the damaged goods. read more

Cody came and took control of the pests (Ants and Wasps) so successfully in one session for each. As a result, our time in the garden was much more pleasant. I cannot thank you enough for doing such a thorough and professional job at our home. From the start of our communication with this company via email, texts and in person, I must say, in regards to their customer care and courtesy over time arrangements and face to face interaction, there was no time lag. Working in 31 degree temperatures on a hot roof, they removed the nests (carefully extracting one so my grandson could take it back to the daycare to show his teachers and friends) they effectively sealed all the entrances that allowed small birds to enter. I hope I never have a repeat problem of little creatures taking up residence in the structures of my home, but if I do I will be calling Birch Fumigators! They were fantastic to deal with! Birch was the first to reply, within minutes of my request. They provided a quote and a phone number to call or book. I called the number and the person who answered was polite and knowledgeable to answer my questions. I could book someone to come the next day but I wasn't going to be home, so I scheduled someone the day after. They called the day before to make sure the appointment was still good. Someone would come out to our home from 1-5PM and at 12:45PM, the staff called me to see if it was still good to stop by and that he would be there in about 15 minutes. He arrived at that time and I showed him where I suspected the nest was. He looked and told me he would take care of it, and then come to our other door to let me know. All was good as he said I could pay via cash or cheque and if I wanted to pay by credit card, I could do so over the phone. He said if we still had an issue in 5-7 days to call their office and they would come back. The woman on the phone told me the same and she said the cost would be covered. The minor issue was regarding the amount but he was fine with charging me what I was quoted. I would definitely recommend them for any pest control problems. Of the 4 companies I contacted, they are the only ones that provided a timely response and a quote. One other replied to my message but only told me to call someone.

These are presumably to catch any bugs and see what's roaming around. A year and a half later, the things are still sitting there, and the cleaning staff have long since removed the coasters because they were just collecting dust and getting in the way of cleaning the floors. The little white boxes are still randomly strewn around the building, full of hair, dust, and basically making the place look dirty and cluttered. There has been zero follow up. What, pray tell, is the point of these things if no one ever collects them or checks on them? Money grab IMO.

Major Pest has done a great job eliminating roaches, bed bugs, beetles and rodents from my residential building. Ray answered my call and he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained how to get rid of the pest issues. Their technician Harold and joy had done a great job familiarizing himself with the building and tending to the buildings common areas as well the apartments who request monthly maintenance service inside the apartments as a preventative. The feed back from my residents and staff has been very positive. They were always on time, very thorough and provided us a good quality service.
