The two technicians which did the job, Cashe and Myles were very good. Unfortunately, there was some work that fell outside the original bid, and because of very poor communication, it became very unclear what was being billed. One of the technicians was not even made aware that most of the job fell within a single bid. We were therefore double billed on some items. Also, we visited the First Street office and were quoted prices on two items. We were later told that actual prices were about 40% higher than what we were quoted. In short, the technicians were very good, but communication and billing practices very poor. Until that is remedied, I would not recommend First Street Plumbing. Terry D

But instead I was told it would be sent the following week. When it wasn't I called and was told it was in the mail. Another week passed and I called again, this time I was told that they had been busy and just mailed it that day. No apology for the delay or inconvenience, or the fact that what I was told the week before wasn't correct. Perhaps I shouldn't have paid the bill in full till I got all the paperwork which naturally anyone would want, so you can get the rebate and so when I sell the house I will have proof warranty for the new owner. But as I said the men who actually did the work were very good at their jobs.
