This company took over my rental property last year and they were snappy with me from the…read morebeginning, I am a person who likes to be as polite as possible and rather then be open and upfront about charges they snapped that I should have read the lease better. The utility charges are inaccessible and for all I know they could be making up a number as it was different for all of us in the building and its supposed to be split. upon move out I got charged almost triple what I had been previously charged for utilities for the common area and even though we spent 5 hours cleaning and shampooing carpets they still charged us almost 400$ to clean. When they toured the property they came in in boots and muddy shoes I repeatedly had to clean up after their tours and they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you rent from them in the future dont even bother attempting to clean they will charge you regardless and their charges do not meet what the lease outlines. Overall the company is disrespectful and while yes, they are a business they were very ignorant on human empathy and being organized as a business.

One of the sorriest companies I have had to pleasure to deal with. Paid them cash for doors that do…read morenot work properly. They installed kinked cables on an overhead shop door that the first time it was used after installation AGAIN came off rollers, they were called immediately and then called again and have not returned my husbands calls nor have they shown up to replace the kinked cable. They liked us a lot when I paid in cash for the doors before they were installed. Their service is horrible after they have your money. They replaced door panels and told us that it was covered by the truck owners insurance and today I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for it??? The truck owner is the one who ordered the panels to start with to replace the ones he had damaged. It seems like their doors don't work at all. Definitely not worth what we paid for them. Nor do they seem to care to provide customer service.
