I had to mail my copy to them to how get the ball rolling. At the end yes, they were still paid but this will be my last year. They may have done the computer work but I actually did the filing process myself. I still haven't heard from them but I'm not shocked! I believe half of their payment should be returned to me since I did the submission. im curious to know how many oth this has happened to.
