After two years of blinding following what Tec (Vein) told us to pay him for his services, we have found out now after finding a new bookkeeper and accountant that not only was he WAY over charging us but he wasn't even correctly keeping our books. Our new accountant looked over our previous years books that were apparently done and completely reconciled by Tec and told us they were not done correctly and things that any accountant should know and do were not done. We paid him on a weekly basis direct deposit at an insanely high amount for our books for the entirety of 2024 and have to now pay someone else to completely redo them to file our taxes correctly. She seemed annoyed that I asked why it was needed, which is funny since you work there and it's kind of your job to answer questions. She was not very friendly, was borderline rolling her eyes and everything else you can think of. It was very uncalled for. I tried not to reciprocate but that was not easy. I think FedEx needs to do a better job of training their employees in customer service, because whatever issue she had (or maybe she had nothing to be annoyed about at all) it had nothing to do with me - I simply needed help with a mailing. I've been in the store multiple times and have usually not had an issue, but I really do not appreciate her behavior towards me and it motivated me to write a review the minute I left the store.
