The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. However, the price to install the simple bathroom sink faucet was outrages...$572 and I provided the faucet. The shower work and Hot water tank maintence were separately less than half of the sink price. I know what you're thinking and you're correct. I could of declined the work. But I truly wanted the faucet installed. I informed Tim, that I would like to have four additional faucets, two more shower handle sets and an overhead shower installed. You'd figure with the pending amount of work. The price would lessen... nope, not one penny budged. If its one thing I've learned from this ordeal is that i will not allow Canady to install any more of my sinks.

But hindsight sight being 20/20, we gave them grace for entirely to long and at the cost of $$$$$. So when I decided we needed to find another company Stellar stood out up against the others in their reviews, website, information about their trained technicians that it was a go for me. I reached out with a message ( as it was in the middle of the night) and heard from them in the morning. We set an appointment. When the day came, I really liked that they use a tracking app for the technician when they are in route to you. We were given a window, and they were slightly outside that window but it wasn't a big deal because I could literally see hem in route. Sam was great. When he came in we had everything that he was going to need opened up and ready with ladders,etc. I caught him up to speed on our entire history with the previous company - whom I did not name because I wasn't going to slam them even though my experience ( after our initial one) was less than 'stellar' I'm sure Sam was able to figure it out as I'm pretty certain their sticker was on the new AC unit. But at any rate, Sam couldn't believe what we had been through. When he went up to check both the outside and inside units what he found was criminal. Literally he questioned if teenage monkeys did the install and wiring! Sam was able to put everything right, including the rate at which the fan was running( it was so low that the dehumidifier wouldn't even work!) All done and back in working order with our newly purchased thermostat installed we were good to go! I only wish I had reached out sooner to Stellar Air. It wasn't cheap to fix all the problems put in place by the previous company we used, but I feel confident that it was money well spent. So we were very pleased with our experience with Stellar and will forever be using their services. I only wish there was a way to go back to the previous company and get the over $1000, we spent only two weeks ago with them:/ Bottom line- if you are interested in who NOT to use , look back through my previous yelps, take note and then call Stellar Air to take care of your HVAC needs!

They installed our AC unit incorrectly in our new home and we had a year and a half worth of issues due to that. We eventually had a compressor that failed way before it should have and it turns out everything was installed incorrectly initially. They then had the gall to charge $500 for a service fee. I called up there to ask about the charges and the receptionist of course was as rude as possible. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

I wish to express my sincere appreciation to Doug and John, of Indoor Climate Experts, my trusted…read moreHVAC Technicians who diagnosed, ordered, and repaired an issue with my Attic Air Handler Unit that could have cost me thousands. I discovered that my 5 Ton WaterFurnace Air Handler Unit (in the attic) had standing water in the secondary drain pan. This means that my primary drain pan under the coil was either stopped up or leaking. (Nobody wants leaking water in their attic). I called my HVAC Experts at Indoor Climate and they immediately came out to determine the best course of action. Doug found that the primary inside drain pan was cracked and leaking into the secondary drain pan. He had a new one ordered and he came back with John and installed it today. Amazingly, they were able to remove the old interior drain pan (man was it in bad shape) and install the new in just an hour. Doug and John worked as dedicated professionals and even made my wife happy by cleaning up after their work. They checked out the operation of the unit, and the drain, and reported their findings to me and their office. Brian, the owner of Indoor Climate even offered me a 20% discount on the estimate because of Doug and John's expertise. Doug shared with me that this was the fourth one they've replaced this year. My next door neighbor recommended Indoor Climate because he trust them to maintain all of his rental properties. It can be a challenge to find the right people to do a good job.
