Since they didn't have the flange on the truck they said they would be back the next day. After waiting around all day for them they finally showed up @ 4 and replaced the flange, bolts, and wax ring. This did not fix the leak! I felt around and found that the leak was coming from rusted bolts in the tank. They did come out and replace those at no charge(ha,ha). Their rates are extremely high and I found the problem. They also left metal washers and cigarette butts in my front lawn.

This company truck was behind me as we approached a red light and I began merging into the left turning lane on Stephenson Avenue (only one turning lane). The company truck found it necessary to try and speed past me almost side swapping me and my children. It was avoided due to me being alert and turning my wheel. There was no urgency issue with the truck because they continued in the same direction as I at normal speed until I turned off onto another street. As a business who advertises their business on their vehicles, but drives reckless tells a lot about how you handle business.

The shower handle set was reasonable, servicing the two 50gal hot water tanks, which including draining them were very reasonably priced. However, the price to install the simple bathroom sink faucet was outrages...$572 and I provided the faucet. The shower work and Hot water tank maintence were separately less than half of the sink price. I know what you're thinking and you're correct. I could of declined the work. But I truly wanted the faucet installed. I informed Tim, that I would like to have four additional faucets, two more shower handle sets and an overhead shower installed. You'd figure with the pending amount of work. The price would lessen... nope, not one penny budged.
