Beautiful views day and night - steps to great restaurants. Hubs saw a seal! Tons of parrots and pelicans. Our room was super comfy - great towels and AMAZING smelling toiletries. We had everything we needed at hand, plus a very comfy bed. Amazing hospitality as well - we got the best advice at check in on where to eat and where to see local wildlife. We added the fried squid and oysters and they were great too. For food, we ordered 3 pizzas (margarita, zucchini and pepperoni, they were all delicious. For ambiance we chose to sit outside and enjoy the weather, although rain was expected but we lucked out. Definitely will come back when in Ulladulla again.

It can house up to about 15. A group can rent out the whole place. There are two refrigerators for guest use, and lots of dishes and glasses. Laundry is $5 per load. The parking lot is small but probably adequate. The owners are very friendly and helpful with local information. It's walkable, a few blocks, from plenty of food. It all seems clean and nice. It can fill up during busy season and on weekends, but on a random weekday in October it was available for same-day booking by phone. There are nice common spaces, including a couple of lounge areas and a big open kitchen.

They have a nice TV and DVD player in each room and a good variety of DVDs you can borrow as well. Very responsive and accommodating to my son's allergies. They were always quick to respond. There was a warm greeting when we arrived. Filled in a bit of paperwork and then we got to make our breakfast choices. Lots of options available. You're only a 5-10 minute drive from Dunoon where you an find a variety of restaurants and bars open in the evening. All the bedrooms appear to be at least a short flight of stairs to keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Otherwise the rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. Overall, I wish we had more time to stay and explore because we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again if we were in the area.
