Then they put in the report the toilet leaks and pictures of the water and ceiling. I don't understand why they wouldn't have taken a quick walk around the house when the water was turned back on like most people would have done and they did not note in the report it happened when they were there! They made it sound like it was an ongoing problem. They also put in the report the thermostat cover in the garage was broke...they broke it!! Very questionable business

He was friendly and professional, and was able to schedule our inspection for a date that was only 4 days away from the date that I contacted him. Setting up the inspection was incredibly simple, and I really liked that all the pricing was clearly laid out on the website, so there were no surprises when he sent me the invoice. The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and the report was well-organized with all issues categorized by level of severity and accompanied by digital photos that clearly demonstrate exactly what was going on.
