You're paying not only for much-desired MCM style here, but a showroom @ the Foundry and also the MoModerne name. Prices are much more reasonable at the estate sales the company manages, though they may sell the greatest of the merchandise here. (I have no knowledge of how it works.) You can find better prices at a few stores around STL and from individuals selling online, but I'll still check out MoModerne when I have the opportunity.
