Being part of a community of other expecting women was really wonderful and supportive! It was also a great way to relax, stretch & exercise. I always looked forward to sharing my status with the group & hearing others before we practiced yoga. Susan is the very best!! Lucky me, I also got to take advantage of Evolution's massage therapy offering a couple times with Annemarie Altadonna. Wow! Her prenatal massages are outstanding - don't hesitate to book one!
