Company sent the items I ordered via first class mail and I have not received my items yet. Just received my order from Birthday Direct today. While my order came quickly and the price was good I was disappointed with the quality of what I received (I ordered balloons, a birthday candle and food picks that were on clearance.). The two packs of food picks were drastically different from one another. One was in great quality and the other should be tossed in the trash. Luckily they were cheap so no problem. The balloons were not that great in color or quality. The candle was fine but I somehow ended up with two candles rather than just the one I wanted. Typically when you place an order with an online company they will send you an email confirmation showing what you purchased, an order # etc. I did not receive an email confirmation (like the website says you will) so I promptly contacted them (as is advised by site as well). The customer service rep said, "Well, your order shipped." That was it. (I had also created an account online but even that doesn't show your order history.) I will say I was very disappointed in the Baby Shower invitations that I ordered. The template was not consumer friendly in allowing you to see how the invite would actually look before it was printed. You had to go line by line which is usually not a problem when you see it all put together like on some other websites. Unfortunately this is not how theres is set us. So you basically were at the mercy of the printer. And I was told over the phone that they can make adjustments as seen fit. So one of my line was not even printed while another line was split into 2 lines. I have made at least 30 invites over the years and never have I found one to be so challenging! read more

Ordered feb 11 and used 2 day shipping. Order was picked up by shipping company on Feb 12. As of Feb 13 order has been sitting in Memphis TN. It's Feb 19 and still sitting there. Customer Service tried using the storms and deaths in TX as the reason. I want a return label to send it back when it arrives and she tries to say they can't issue one. They were unable to do it even after I called my card company. My biggest issue was they charged my card, THEN told me they would be unable to ship to my address. I would say the best place for a great deal on party supplies. I ordered supplies for my son's second birthday which his curious george and they had what I was looking for. I'm giving them three stars because I signed into the website to check on my order which was not yet shipped out. I have remembered that I've bought some napkins at another store and didn't need all the ones I bought here. So I emailed them asking if I can do an exchange with my order. Well once I sent them the message asking if I can? Well sure enough minutes later I get a message saying my order is processed and has been shipped. I only ordered napkins, plastic cutlery and paper plates for my daughter's birthday party but it arrived VERY fast with their regular shipping rate. I think I had it within three business days of ordering. The only hiccup is that if you pay with American Express, they can't ship to an address other than your billing address. They did send me an email right away letting me know that I had to either use a different credit card or have it shipped to my billing address. I chose the latter because it wasn't that big of an inconvenience for me. At first I was not sure about ordering from them but i am happy i did. I ordered it on the 31st and received it by the 4th but it was delivered by the 2nd. The only issue i had with them was them not adding my apartment number when the package was shipped out. I was able to track my order the entire time and noticed that on the 2nd which was the delivery day that the package was undeliverable because and apartment number was missing. I had to go through the hassle of calling USP several times because they were saying that we sent it back to sender, then i would call back and get give me your info and ill call back once i find it. I ordered my son's 4th birthday party invitations from this company despite reading some of the comments left by other people. It's hard to find robot invitations anywhere especially locally. They took all the guess work out of composing\wording an invitation. That was definitely a plus. I contacted the company via FaceBook to see how long it would take to get these in, as my son's party is in 30+ days. I felt at ease when they responded that they were in the states. My ordered shipped out the day after I placed the order and I received it shortly after...I placed the order on 1/4/18 and received the robot invitations on 1/8/18!!! Way faster than I expected. I opened the package and was pleased with what I saw. It looked just like the picture on the website, all the words and lines of the invitation were legible. It was perfect. They were printed on something I would consider picture paper, a little thicker than picture paper. They look very nice, I am pleased. I would definitely order again.
