The shipping information on the the website indicated it was in stock and that i would receive it before then. This was false advertisement. It is now March 5th and the item still has not arrived even though they emailed me my item was on the way February 28th. Let me also add that I emailed them several time starting February 12th before they shipped it; requesting full refund and cancellation of the order since they didn't ship in a timely manner. I had to purchase my items elsewhere at the last minute because they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order on time. They ignored my first few emails and when the did start replying it was only to say that it will ship in 2 days. There next response is that it already shipped internationally- not from the US. They are dishonest and have terrible customer service. NO ITEM AND NO REFUND.

I purchased the full package that included cups, straws, the machine, and 4 drink flavors. They also include a handy metal tray with drip tube and an ice scoop. Didn't use half the drink flavors (they are huge) and unfortunately the ice scoop did not make it all day. I donated the unused flavors and was told the broken scoop was a wash. Would definitely use them again!
