What can I say that other reviewers haven't already said? I've been a client of Kelly's for (I think) almost two years now and I have always loved my experience in her care. I've been to her for waxing (I love my perfectly-shaped eyebrows!) as well as her Clear Touch Treatment (facial). Kelly is extremely professional as well as personable. She always makes me feel at ease and lets me know what to expect during any treatment she's provided. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. She is constantly educating herself and reading about her industry so she can provide the best in service, knowledge, and products to her clients. It does not get better than this! I also want to mention one other item I hadn't seen anyone else call out, and that is that she has always been very respectful of what I'm able to spend. When I have asked for product recommendations she asks clarifying questions so that she understands my needs thoroughly, and I've never felt pushed to buy something I didn't think I needed or wanted. I had the sheer pleasure of visiting Brogan Skinworks today. I've been a client of Kelly's for a few years now and as a former skin therapist myself - there's no one better. Kelly is passionate, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. Her technique is gentle and swift. She makes you feel comfortable right from the get go, which isn't the easiest task if you're removing your knickers! She's located just outside my Edina bubble, at the Hair District at Excelsior and Grand in St. Louis Park. I love that! Parking was a breeze too. The salon was bustling, yet the newly added spa was quiet, as it's tucked away in the back. I have yet to receive any facial services as of yet, but that's definitely high on my priority list. The spa carries Dermalogica, which is skin care gold. Kelly is constantly educating herself and is more than willing to suggest products for any skin issue you may be facing. I have been seeing Kelly for several years. I used to have multiple problems with my skin: cystic acne flare ups, age/sun spots, uneven texture, etc. all of which have completely gone away or are greatly improved under her care. Each facial she does is custom for your face for that appointment. Sometimes I come in and I'm patchy and dry from plane travel and sometimes I come in oily. Each time I receive a exactly what my face needs to be my best self. Not only is Kelly a consummate professional, she is one of the most positive and uplifting people I know. Kelly is a friggin' miracle worker! I suffer from severely dry skin and eczema so I got an UltraCalming facial, courtesy of some Dermologica products. Kelly took the time to tell me exactly what each product she used was made of and what it does - without sparing any detail. She gave me a lymphatic massage that nearly put me to sleep.
