TO-GO: They have beers to go. Just ask. SWAG: They have lots of swag from hats to shirts to tackers. They have quite a bit of swag. PARKING: They have a private parking lot. We went during a not so busy day and a busy day and we didn't have any problems finding a spot. You won't have a problem either. FOOD: On Saturday, there was a BBQ Food Truck. I'm guessing they have rotating Food Trucks. You can also bring in your own food. We brought in pizza from Jimmy's and they also offer free delivery to the brewery and the pizza is good. There were also some bitter'ish notes in the flavor profile that rang more toward the IPA side of life, and away from the chocolate & coffee notes commonly found. So the beer was about a three-star affair. If they have their coffee stout on hand next time I stop in, I'll certainly be giving that a try. Our barkeep Stephanie on the other hand was a 10 star, gold standard, bright, energetic, enthusiastic, sparkling personality who lit up the whole place!! The owner was so nice and shared how his family had moved from Massachusetts and saw an opportunity when the business went on sale a while back. It sounds like he has great plans to expand the business both on site and online, including delivery options. Although, driving out to new Germany isn't a bad way to spend a Saturday morning. Bonus is you get to peruse their coolers where they have a variety of options, including multiple flavors of delicious beef sticks. This is definitely a place is recommend for processing and getting your locally sourced meats.

He warmed it up for me and gave it to me and called it Glencoe's crack or something to that effect, and he was RIGHT. OMG, so good. Go here, and get the caramel roll. You will not be disappointed.
