I purchased a Greenington Antares console table in Amber from Bison Office. When the table arrived, the package was heavily damaged with scratches to the leg of the furniture that was completely exposed. I refused the order and returned it. Then, they tried to get me to accept the damaged furniture for a small reduced price. I refused. They kept offering; I kept refusing. I finally asked to just cancel the order only to learn that they would charge me a shipping charge and restocking fee in order to cancel. So, I asked for a replacement. It arrived in fine condition but was a different finish color than what I'd ordered. I kept it so I wouldn't have to go through anything else with this company. The one star is for the customer service rep I spoke with on the phone when I'd call. She explained things carefully to me and was responsive and respectful. I ordered a sauna. I was given a date that it would be delivered. I was informed that I woukd receive a phone call to schedule delivery. We'll, Noone called. I called Bison office and was informed that they will not help me, I need to contact the freight company. I said then cancel my order, and I will order from a reputable company. They said they will charge me. So, they won't help me with my order, but will charge me to cancel it. So, BEWARE!!!!!! I attempted to contact the freight company. Only option is a contact form. No phone number. So, as of right now, I'm out $2000. Please, do not put yourself in the position I'm currently in. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! read more

We ordered a desk and we received it with a cracked panel. The company refused to take it back or give a refund since it was outside of their 7 day window. We provided proof that I had brain surgery so Chris' priority was to take care of me and not build a desk and they didn't care. Terrible company. read more

I would give no Stars if I could. The worst misleading and customer service company ever. The description on the items that I brought from the company was misleading and because of that, I wanted to return them. They told me that I had to pay for my shipping along with a 20% of a restocking fee. The items only costed $150.00. Shipping the items back would cost me $120.00. That's a total of $270.00.
