Missoula's market is incredibly hard to navigate right now with the supply and demand issues. She always updated us immediately when a new home was on the market within our needs and found a showing time that worked around our busy schedules. My husband was comfortable through the process as Carly made us feel like her friends that she truly cared for instead of a simple business transaction! When we closed on the house She was there for us and helped communicate with all parties necessary as needed. We know she will keep us updated on any helpful tips for the home we are in even after settling in. If you want a knowledgeable, courteous and communicative realtor to be by your side through your buying venture, Carly is your gal. We will most certainly go through Carly again if we have any buying or selling needs! To top off the entire buying experience She had our first decoration for our home made and gifted it to us upon closing. We will always be grateful

Carly is knowledgeable on the ever-changing landscape that is real estate in Western Montana. She helped us every step of the way for our simutanous selling and buying. Carly made me feel like I was her most important client at all times, being responsive same day to any questions or concerns I had along the way (and there were many!) I am a customer for life, this is the second home Carly has helped me purchase. I will continue to exclusively use The Kelley Team. In my honest opinion, Carly is the smartest and best real estate agent in Montana. Thank you so much Carly for making an otherwise stressful process smooth and easy. You are truly an expert in real estate and I am lucky to have you on my team.

Not just zero stars but negative integers! Where do I start?...In my lifetime, I have never had…read moredealings with anyone more professionally incompetent than Steve at Jensen's Handyman and Remodeling. My family experienced a major flood this past May when our underground sprinkler system broke and sent 2"-3" of water cascading into our finished basement. Our Farmers Insurance claim rep was quick to assess the damage and get payment out to start the process of returning it to normal. I hired Service Master out of Kalispell to perform the water mitigation which was done flawlessly within three days. The guys were friendly and highly skilled. Then Service Master sent out Jensen from Missoula to repair the sheet rock, tape & texture and repaint my walls as well as to re-lay trim. That's when things went to Hell. First off, the guy shows up two weeks late. Then he does stuff like make messes both in the house and in our yard and fails to clean them up himself. It also turned out that he likes to pee with the bathroom door open in a house inhabited by three females, one male and a black lab...(not a problem for the lab or me but the girls were freaked out and warned about going into the basement when he was there...and my wife works from home) Then when he finally does do the work, he didn't even attempt to match the existing orange-peel texture on the sheet rock and then used the wrong paint (didn't know the difference between satin and flat latex). He cut the electrical box openings in the sheet rock too large so that the face plates wouldn't cover the holes and attempted to install a new door of the wrong style that didn't match the interior doors in the rest of the house. When he reinstalled the trim, it was left ¼" - 1/2 " inch above the carpet in areas and when my wife confronted him about it, he told her to "just vacuum real (sic) good around the edges and it will pull the carpet up to meet the trim." We have closed loop Berber carpet... On top of this, it was bewildering to me to have him asking me to measure things, taking inventory of the materials that were to be reused and to clean up after him. When I wasn't pleased with the quality of the work, all I got was excuse making with comments like, "it is impossible to match texture" instead of making sure my concerns were correctly addressed. In the aftermath, Service Master did their best to remediate the problems by sending a young guy named DJ out of Kalispell who redid all the trim, fixed the sheet rock and paint issues and was exceptionally helpful and apologetic. Service Master owner Dale was equally as helpful and concerned and went out of his way to make it right with us. I would use them again in a heartbeat. But Jensen is another story entirely. This guy is the worst. Buyer beware should you choose to hire him. I hate leaving negative anything about anybody but I can't in good conscience not pay it forward to the next poor unsuspecting homeowner considering hiring this guy. Seriously, RUN don't walk away from Jensen's Handyman and Remodeling Services.

I would leave ZERO stars but that not an option…read more We purchased a house that Mr Jensen did handy man work at. I don't know where to start with disgust. Maybe the bathrooms...he shoddily installed tile in the bathrooms. When he reinstalled the toilets he never raised the toilet flanges so as you can guess the smell is nauseating with sewer gas. The toilets were hand tightened to the floor with ZERO caulk around them, which I guess is probably a good thing making it easier for us to get it fixed correctly. Second he painted and rehung the closet rods, well he was inches away from the studs with screws shorter than an inch and it only took 2 days for our closet to end up on the floor. Stud finders work way better than the old knock method. He also doesn't own a level. None of the closets are level. Down stairs it looks like a bow, he was so UNLEVEL he couldn't get the screws to go in so it vibrates. Real classy, a 3-4" drop makes you feel real good about the install. When he installed laminate wood floor in the kitchen and dining room he must not of owned a vacuum or broom because the rocks or other debris are now poking through the flooring. He installed a chandelier in the dining room and finger tighten all the screws and they keep falling off and it's a huge UGLY fixture. The thresholds at the exterior doors have a 1/4" gap under them. Lord only knows what else we'll find in this house. But do your self a favor and never hire him. Warn all your friends and fa

We learned so much about them in our very first meeting, 2nd generation builders, quality homes that have won awards, and very honest, especially about what they can provide with the budget you bring them. The most impressive thing to us was their ability to provide a build schedule and to keep to it. When we approved the plans, they provided a schedule and they delivered. When our build started, they told us our move in date would be 3/9/2023 and on that date it was ours to start moving in! They have an app that allows you to have all the information available to you, schedule, selections of material and finishes and the ability to communicate directly with them regarding any one of those topics so there is no confusion about what faucet goes on what sink or the flooring for each room. We provided them a floor plan that we liked, and they were able to make changes to customize the space to be uniquely ours. They also have floor plans that they can provide if you need. They scheduled all our appointments with the product vendors, so we had someone there to guide us in our selections of lighting, flooring, cabinets and countertops. We appreciated that because we are not designers! They are up to date on current building standards, and they make sure that no corners are cut. The project manager visited the site regularly and would make sure things were to the Big Sky standard and if there were issues, they were quick to have them corrected. The Big Sky team is very responsive when you have questions, and they are proactive when there is a need to advise you of a change to the schedule or a delay in materials. We never felt as though we weren't sure what was next, we could always send a message or check the schedule and get the answers we needed. We are so grateful for the honest and caring way that they built our home. We have been moved in now for about 3 months and every single day we appreciate the work that they put in, especially through this winter build. The Big Sky team took care to make sure this dream home of ours was everything that we wanted, and by doing that, they took great care of us!

All aspects of the process were upfront and transparent. Our project manager was on-site almost everyday throughout construction. His attention to detail was amazing. He made suggestions for things that could be done to make our home unique to us while keeping our budget in mind. When any concerns or issues came up, they were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. We always felt they were honest and upfront with us and kept our best interests in mind. They are very professional and we were treated with respect. We were on schedule throughout construction and, in fact, the house was completed a few days ahead of schedule. Anyone considering building a home in this area would be remiss if they did not contact Big Sky Builders. We highly recommend them.
